I&#039;ve had an increasing interest in brand management tools lately.  I use Google Alerts via email (immediately filtered into a folder because there&#039;s tons that I&#039;ve set-up!)...and although it&#039;s a little crude it&#039;s been very hepful so far.  

What does appeal for larger brands though is a tool that constantly crawls social media platforms as the crawl rate and alert rate would be that much more instant...something everyone interested in quality service should care about.  

Cheers for the introduction for what&#039;s looks like a good tool.
