Steve Wills of deepskytech.com has found an ingenious solution to the loss of time and money that Verisign causes his business – he simply invoices them!
What’s even more amazing about this story is that they actually pay these demands. Not just once but on several occasions.
Steve’s logic is flawless “if they fail in their stated objectives/job, invoice them for your time to fix their problem(s).” It’s hard to argue with that. Read his full explanation here.
