December has been a crazy month for Anna and me. We jetted off to PubCon Vegas at the start of the month and had an amazing conference. Rand deserves a special mention for his werewolf’s party and David Klein for arranging the poker competition. I managed to keep in for a respectable distance before loosing out to SEOMoz’s Rebecca. Though I picked up some tips from sitting next to poker demons Merrick and Mario Lozano (PRleap) so expect a better showing next year.

Special thanks to David’s wife, Jorunn, Ashley and the others for keeping Anna entertained while her husband talked shop all night. Heh.

Other people to thank. Jeff Quipp, Todd Malicoat, Bill Slawski (Patent God), Dan Thies, Casten Cumbrowski (we owe you dinner!), Scott Hendison, Steven Green, Roger Montii, Aaron Chronister (should that be nofollowed?), Lee Odden, Todd Mintz, Michael Grey, Greg Boser (let us know when you want to visit heh), Matt Joswick, Christoph Cemper, Richard Hearne, Michael Dorausch, Rae Hoffman (too briefly!), Andy Beal, Chuck Price and the ever insightful John Andrews.

It was also great talking domains with Bill Hartzer (Anna is now hooked on the Cheesecake factory!), John Yeomans and others. Thanks to everyone who made our trip so special and we’ll be back for another conference soon.

Jim Boykin Nick Wilsdon MSN Party Last and not least, special mention to Jim Boykin, striking a pose with us at the MSN Party! His new Internet Marketing Ninja program is opening in 4 days and well worth checking out. He’s lined up an impressive set of marketing veterans to provide under-the-radar information.

I hope everyone has a great vacation and a successful New Year.

  4. Hi Nick, Happy New Year! You don’t owe me anything. Money is there to spent and have fun with it or to do something good and I think we did both of it that night so… ;)

    Cheers and на Здоровье!
