New SEO tools for Google Toolbar Beta

toolbar sm New SEO tools for Google Toolbar Beta

SEObook has released some handy buttons for Google toolbar 4 beta for Internet Explorer. Aaron writes the toolbar is only available in the US right now, but we seem to have access here in Russia too. No point trying to block the Russians eh? ;)

On that note, if you do get stuck then fire up the appropriate proxy, they are well worth trying out.

It is interesting though to see Aaron has made a button for checking keyword density, I thought that was fairly outdated now. We’ve had over 30’000 downloads of our keyword density tool here over the last few years so maybe it’s time to dust it down and update for version 2. Are KWD checks still useful for people? If so, are their any features would you like to see us add to our application?

Although saying that my programmers are chomping at the bit to be allowed to make some Firefox tools, maybe we should follow Aaron’s example and convert some of those button links into a toolbar application?

Hat tip to Jim.

Probably not. I think KWD is too outdated to invest into unless the price is near free (which in essense mine was since it was part of that package of tools)…plus I am really cheap ;)

Heh – fair cop, you do actually. I haven’t used it either for some time, but it caught my eye you putting it on that page.

Want to buy a KWD application then Aaron? Hardly used, one careful lady owner etc. etc… :D

I think keyword density is crap…but if there is relevant traffic for it and I got a tool for it as part of a package of tools I may as well send it traffic ;)

On my keyword density tool results page I state that I think it is crap
